Primary Care Providers are family medicine specialists who provide care for patients of all ages, and primary medical care is important for everyone, regardless of their age. Preventive care is a key focus in a good primary care practice, and your primary care provider can help you stay healthy with regular checkups and immunizations. But we’re also there for you when you get sick, whether it’s an occasional acute illness or support and guidance in managing a chronic condition.

- Well Child Checks (With Sports Physical upon request)

St. Luke Community Healthcare operates five community clinics conveniently located in Polson, Ronan, and St. Ignatius open Monday through Friday, as well as our Convenient Care clinic located in the hospital which is open Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., to provide an extensive health care delivery system serving the entire Mission Valley.
