Mikel Baxter is a case manager at St. Luke Community Healthcare. Mikel works with patients to assess their goals and barriers. This helps to define community resources/services which could lead to the best possible outcomes for the patient. Mikel has lived, worked, and studied in the Mission Valley for thirteen years and hopes to serve the community for many years to come.
