Mail and File Clerk

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part time Mail & File Clerk to support daily operations for our Clinic and Hospital. This role is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing mail, sorting and distributing correspondence by department, processing and date stamping Business Office and Accounts Payable mail, handling deposits and deliveries between the clinic, hospital, bank, and post office, and maintaining accurate filing systems for EOBs and clinic fee slips. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer, typing, and math skills, strong attention to detail, and an aptitude for clerical work; prior healthcare office experience, knowledge of medical terminology, and familiarity with insurance processes are preferred.
