Health Information Clerk
Some of the essential duties include maintaining medical record integrity through assembling, analyzing, scanning, filing, and retrieving confidential patient records; maintaining indexes, registers, and logs; and responsibility for completing birth certificates.
The ideal candidate will have Health Information experience or be familiar with most Health Information Management functions. Applicant must possess strong customer service and communication skills as well as general office and computer experience. Must be detail-oriented and dependable.
