Community Relations and Marketing Manager

St. Luke Community Healthcare is seeking a creative and energetic, customer-focused Community Relations and Marketing Manager who is passionate about building our brand, storytelling, and connecting our community to our services. This role plays a key part in sharing the mission of St. Luke across multiple platforms, including social media, print, digital, radio, and other communication channels.

As the Community Relations and Marketing Manager, you will join the leading healthcare provider in Lake County and help shape how our organization engages with the community. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing an annual marketing and social media strategy aligned with organizational goals and strategic initiatives
• Coordinating and managing community education and outreach initiatives
• Promoting healthcare services and programs
• Creating compelling content such as press releases, advertisements, website materials, and other communications content
• Representing St. Luke through public events, partnerships, and community involvement opportunities

• Assists HR in some recruiting efforts.
• Interfaces with media, may act as a spokesperson, and interfaces with various community organizations and stakeholder.

Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience, along with a demonstrated track record of success in marketing, communications, or community relations.
