Physical Therapy Receptionist & Aide

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated individual to join our physical therapy team as a Receptionist & Aide. This position will combine front-office clerical responsibilities with hands-on support of our physical therapists and patients. Duties will include greeting and checking in patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, assisting with paperwork and other administrative tasks, preparing treatment areas, cleaning and sanitizing equipment, and setting up and taking down treatment areas between patients. The aide will also assist physical therapists with patient care and therapeutic activities as directed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment while providing compassionate and professional patient service.
