Background:

Originally from St. Ignatius Montana, Ms. Harriman has always had a focus on counseling and giving back to her community. While in Seattle, WA, Ms. Harriman engaged in private practice working with individuals, children, adolescents, couples and families. Ms. Harriman also worked at Fairfax Behavioral Health Hospital with children, adolescents, and adults in an intensive inpatient setting.

After moving back to Montana Ms. Harriman started working with children, adolescents and their families as part of the Comprehensive School and Community-based Services (CSCT) in a Structured Learning Program (SLP). Ms. Harriman transitioned to CSCT through Western Montana Mental Health Center (WMMHC) and began managing and supervising 12 different CSCT programs across the state. While working at WMMHC Ms. Harriman clinically supervised therapists working toward licensure and was responsible for clinical training of incoming employees. While at WMMHC Ms. Harriman was trained in multiple crisis prevention and intervention programs and was responsible for annual employee recertifications.

In 2024 Ms. Harriman went back to school and obtained a second graduate degree in addiction counseling and is now ready to serve community members more comprehensively. During her downtime Ms. Harriman enjoys being outdoors, reading, wood carving, spending time with family and loves to travel.
